Completely hidden through a courtyard filled with motorbikes, then round a corner and up in a lift, this Chinese restaurant seems to be the place for office parties. When I was there, there was a huge group clearly having fun, singing and dancing to loud music. I ate in a windowless back room with the group I was with, d&eacute;cor looking tired. Service was OK to start with then fizzled out. Food was reasonable, but not great.
